THE MISSION

We are runners, and we are females. We love our sport, and we feel passionate that every woman should have the opportunity to experience the joy and empowerment that comes from running. However, simply "going for a run" can be intimidating for many women, especially women who are just getting started. Additionally, safety has become a serious issue for women. We believe the best way to combat this is to FIGHT BACK. Our team started She Wolf Races to help equip females to be able to protect themselves to run safely outdoors, and to connect them to other females who want to do the same. All of our races will coincide with a self-defense course designed specifically for women, and our swag & giveaways will feature safety gear designed to be used on the run. We will offer group training runs on the race routes we create to help new women develop confidence for race day and build new friendships with other fierce females! We also believe a good community gives back. She Wolf Races will benefit the launch of Help Her, an organization that will support women in crisis situations. Every woman's running journey begins with a single step, but sometimes, we need help just getting on our feet. RUN FIERCE!
